I wonder, is life best lived like a job? I.e set goals for yourself and then work to achieve them? Today I realised how passively I have been living mine so far, but maybe that's ok? I don't want a second job.

ive been rocking my thinkpad 460s since 2018 or so, but ive just recently yolo purchased a chunky t420 for 80€. I gotta say this is the best laptop ive ever used, keyboard/io is unmatched and it still runs super snappy on omarchy right now, even with only 4 gigs of ram :D AND this thing has a cd drive!

A credit union wants to get their own data out of a vendor's online system. Vendor wants $160,000. I wrote a #pythonnotesfollow script with #Playwrightnotesfollow to download the data just as though a user would. It's going to run for about 6 weeks to download around 250k records and 70GB of images.

I can't figure out what's leaking on my '73 F250. Shows up slowly at the back of the oil pan. It's pretty clear because I've recently changed fluids and scrubbed the engine. It was definitely brake fluid for a while after it was overfilled but that has evened out. The oil level is steady after when checking every 10 miles or so. How can I change an organisation with hundreds of frustrated employees, when I can’t change my own life with only one person. Does a different person run a company and a different person live their life? I doubt it.
