Some of the takes are on the extreme end, but like most IT decisions, you can dial the pain to exactly what you want.

#meta tag โ use it whenever you want to talk about the site itself, and these posts will not show up in all, any or the postโs page. Only those that follow the tag or the person will see these posts in my feed or in post pages. This is to keep the site clear of meta discussions which dominated a lot at this early stage and I think were annoying to many people. So this is the last meta without the #meta tag youโll see unless u follow. Iโll try to tag every post I find.
Just remembered how weird some mangakas are, pretty sure at least one is clinically insane without a diagnosis
Vagyis attรณl mรฉg, hogy trehรกny vagyok, mรฉg mลฑkรถdhetne jobban is az anyagmegmaradรกs tรถrvรฉnye, mint รฉppen errefelรฉ, vagyis errefelรฉ plรกne mลฑkรถdnie kellene, mรฉgsem ezt teszi.
So even though I'm clumsy, the law of conservation of matter could still work better than it does here, or rather, it shouldn't work here, but it doesn't.

But maybe we'd all be a little saner if we remembered what we're actually doing: building tools to make our lives and the lives of others easier.
This resonated a lot. Iโm glad I read it now, before going totally insane lol. But I disagree that itโs just a glorified spreadsheet. The UI/UX matters, how you present the data, how they can change and so on, all of those things play a role. The good thing with AI is iteration is cheaper than ever, so you can experiment and process the results quickly. But yeah sometimes I just do things here because I just have to be doing something, I canโt leave it alone.
Agreed. The "just" makes the statement sound dismissive, but I do agree with the underlying sentiment that most software boils down to CRUD apps that help people organize information and complete tasks more efficiently. I think the path to developer enlightenment is realizing this truth without despairing over it.
I think I may be use this for now to spill out my guts a bit. Set out boundaries guys. I was basically ignoring how important that is, whatever is at work, family, relations. Be loved being you, you don't have to meet any expectations beyond yours.
