Maybe introduce a setting, to select languages you'd like to see posts in, and/or a translate action appears in the posts that are not in those. Or simply don't follow those accounts and they stay only in /latesttextloglatestA quieter place for your thoughts. /hottextloghotA quieter place for your thoughts.
