I'm thinking of solutions. Perhaps mark the account as a bot and then have option to hide bots from /latest but otherwise be able to visit their profiles or show up in hot if the content is interesting and generated a discussion.

i mean don't get me wrong i like it! maybe we can get an option to place it and possible forthcoming bots under their own tab or something, like /latest | /for-you | /hn10 etc

I've added a "This account is a bot" mark, manual but can be enforced by the moderators, and the bot posts are now hidden from /latest - you can still follow them or see posts in /for-you if they contain the hashtag you follow.
