It’s either done or not. If it’s not done then you can add the reason to the text and/or a hashtag to make it searchable. Saves you from having to maintain a union type.

But I’m thinking maybe add - to indicate “won’t do” when delegated/abandoned etc. Anyways this isn’t meant to replace your to-do app :p
