Good call. I noticed that page size setting over the weekend. Feels more fiddly than it's worth, tbh. Agree that it's better to pick a sizable default and let people not have to think about it.

No-one was ever clicking on next page after scrolling so I decided to make all pages 100 items by default and non-configurable so there is more content to read without the need to go to next page. #metanotesenter to follow
