My understanding is when text in a paragraph is all in an RTL script, the whole paragraph should be aligned right. I am not a native speaker either so take all of this with a big sack of salt. Not urgent or anything but if you are looking for your next challenge look into dir="rtl" and unicode-bidi: plaintext;.
