A minimal sharp tool. Runs anywhere. Can actually write a compiler for it. Short bootstrap chain from hex0. Does anybody care about these things (anymore)?

I'm back after ~14 years away (some sporadic once-in-a-while use in there) and I'm finding it better than ever, a smoother development experience and clearer code than pretty much every language out there, except for maybe #odin1 note1 followerenter to follow.
