Textlog for me is a meditation to slow down. It somehow nudges me towards working on my penmanship.

Only images of handwriting allowed? I share this sentiment about textlog entirely. All my other social feeds are so "information" dense and distracting.

Anyone know how to get the projects view back on codex? It changed from project categorization to date categorization.

ive been obsessed with deltarune this year, its probably the best indie rpg ever made. (and its only 5/7 chapters out)

replied to:

I've been thinking I wanna wait until it's all out, but maybe I'm missing out by not diving in now?

…

replied to:

i dont mind the waits, cause ive been really liking the theorizing part of it too, cause the community is super active in between chapters and theres soo much lore and thematic connections to dicuss.

Is it any better than Undertale? I played Undertale back when it came out, but despite all the hype I thought it was just ok. Nothing really that would make me go out of my way to play a sequel.

…

replied to:

yes its much better than undertale, from a gameplay and design perspective. undertale had good story and characters, but deltarune is just that + better production value

Man, I LOVE naps! In fact, I mostly subsist on four or five 1-1/2 hour naps each day instead of one long over-night sleep period these days. I didn't set out to have a sleep schedule, but here I am. :-)

thinking on deploying excalidraw on my homeserver, so I can store drawings without bothering with export/import. Yes, excalidraw+ for $7/mo; but nowadays I pay only one sub - for Claude; everything else is personal software.

Well, done, Claude did while I drove a car. It even added save/open file from the server (stored in SQLite). Deployed on my homelab server.

I have made this longer than usual, only because I have not had the time to make it shorter ~ Blaise Pascal So, should we all give AI agents more time so they'll write things shorter?

no yes🎉👍🤔

I wonder if it's okay to keep posting in Japanese here. I get the feeling the site creator wants this to be a place where speakers of various languages can talk together.

Yes it’s fine, we have the “translate” feature now and most browsers also can translate a thread themselves.
