I'm going to attempt to build a take on a board game I loved, from 1989, MBT, by Avalon Hill. Watch me face plant. Starting by trying to understand hex math.

The job market feels like it's been run over by a truck. What's the play here? Anything automated/streamlined (job platforms, LinkedIn, etc.) feels like a dead end. Messaging people, networking and so on seems like the only reasonable way, and that's a hustle all on its own.

One day I would like to see Thailand. That would be nice.

I never have enough time but I’d love to do a bit more recreational programming with esoterical languages like kitten, #uiuanotesfollow, and #jqnotesfollow. AoC and Project Euler are good because they just require an answer but there’s also loads of simple puzzles online that rely on being able to submit the code in common languages. I’ve been wondering, however, if I could use an LLM to take those problems and create a verification harness for any language I like.
