I was thinking… will it be possible to make textlog decentralised? Keeping the same functionality, but allow self-hosters to interact with other self-hosters, that is.

I did a small investigation, it's not impossible but not sure if it's worth it. It is a huge architectural change and would require a ton of maintainance, and our current scale doesn't justify it. I feel the centralized character has some charm also.
