看来可以发中文。因为没有身份证，所以不能拥有手机号，接着不能注册稳定的email，也就没法注册内容平台，发布内容。hotmail因为我没有稳定的ip地址，常常封禁我的email账号，我的mastodon账号因此也没法长期使用。我希望这是一个我可以长期发布内容的地方
