ooh maybe I revive hallucinate.site and add this feature but instead of being able to modify everything it would be limited to adding features to the game/world. And itโ€™s the perfect domain, a site thatโ€™s been entirely mostly hallucinated.

The Ubuntu 18 image file is recommended for CD, as later versions do not fit on CD, i.e. DVD.

The more I use Terraform the more I don't like it. Can I just get the option to track state with Ansible?

Say more. I've been using it this year "at scale" and it sucks in the way that everything sucks when the whole company starts using it for everything. I haven't used Ansible in over a decade, but am curious what you like about it better.
@miralgjprofilefollowjack of all trades linux sysadminreplied to@jgprofilefollowNew here:
Ansible just melds with my way of thinking better. I have a really hard time wrapping my head around nested loops in HCL and the overall "ugliness" of the language. Plus, I kind of like being in control of the order things are created.

Added #meta tag โ€” use it whenever you want to talk about the site itself, and these posts will not show up in all, any or the postโ€™s page. Only those that follow the tag or the person will see these posts in my feed or in post pages. This is to keep the site clear of meta discussions which dominated a lot at this early stage and I think were annoying to many people. So this is the last meta without the #meta tag youโ€™ll see unless u follow. Iโ€™ll try to tag every post I find.

Hi, yes, I develop ari. I'm so glad it's proven useful for you! Any feature requests or changes you'd like to see? I'm curious what bits of ari have made it easier for you to explore data, too. UI or #dataviznotesfollow additions keep tempting me, but I haven't settled on what I want there. If you have thoughts on that front, I welcome them.

The two main things I use are the duckdb support and of course the built-in resty client. Not needing to shell out to curl just makes life easier. I should probably add that Iโ€™m mainly prototyping and explore things that later eventually will be developed further by others in our organization, so using array langs where I donโ€™t need to type a lot is a big plus for me:) Iโ€™ll let you know if I need anything!

Thanks, thatโ€™s helpful. Those are the two things I use the most, too. One development tool I use frequently is the util.ac function (for โ€œauto-completeโ€) that takes a glob pattern and returns all the globals whose names match. I didnโ€™t want to make people have to define or update their Goal lib path, so in recent versions of ari Iโ€™ve been packaging all of the Goal libs and ari's into a libs FS that you can use with import.
