I'm employed again. Once again through someone I know and not through LinkedIn. Still not feeling productive and comfortable.

After a decent break, cannot not notice how much of my time I have to sell for a "traditional" job.

Up earlier than I should be today. The witching hour got me. I started thinking about how many in society have decided they prefer screens and artificial words over real words and real connection. Have we collectively decided it’s easier to just not be vulnerable? I should go back to bed…

One idea that I've been thinking about is an or where it is a app so you get a new file everyday right except the app keeps track of all the files for you. the idea is that anytime you type anything it it basically makes a commit and use so anytime you type something it commits automatically after a quick pause after you stop typing.

That sounds ! Could also create summary titles with for the filenames in addition to their date so you can find what you were writing about easily. Also full text search.

Yes! Great idea. Not sure how I would implement it but the main idea is that you should feel free to delete text through out the day because everything is tracked in a git repo. 🫣

There are days llms impress, and days they don’t. I debugged an issue with Astra and it said it had no idea what’s going on and need to ask me before taking serious actions. Me adding “-f” to a mv and problem solved. So today I was not impressed.
