OK. I've translated the (correctness) requirements of LeetCode No.22 to Lean, and ask Claude Code to both implement a solution and prove it.

In the first attempt, Opus 4.7 successfully completed it and proved it. However, the solution is to enumerate all possible space and .filter out anything that doesn't qualify my definition, which is obviously not ideal (if cheating is too harsh).

I can't think of a good way to also prevent that kind of solutions and ended up prompting "please don't enumerate and filter". Opus 4.7 then reimplemented and proved the backtracking algorithm.

Turned Stepper (self-hosted AWS StepFunctions) into client-server. Server hosts state machines, clients poll for tasks. New resources about running . claude -p works, now thinking if I need interactive session management.

I hate it when I don’t remember if I took my midday pill or not. Not that it matters a lot, but still, annoying. I have notifications set up but I discard them by habit because they are exact times and my sleep pattern fluctuates.

I once saw someone flip their pill bottle upside down after taking a pill. Not sure it'd help me, because I suspect that somehow I'd still only pay half-attention when taking pills and so still get forgetful and confused :shrug:

It’s using the /firehose endpoint. It’s an SSE endpoint publishing everything latest. Though I meant it to be used server-side, since it’s heavily rate-limited — up to 3 conns under the same network, but I can’t control how clients decide to use it so.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Lifted, that’s how clients want to use it then so be it! Should be fine. We’re nowhere near crashing the server from connections.

Somehow, I can't work in the mornings. Going to the office earlier just makes longer the "warmup period", this is, the period I stare the computer's screen reading stuff that is completely unrelated to my work.

The seductive power of using to just-get-it-done is very strong. One can't hurry quality. One can iterate quickly though in the hope of arriving somewhere good.

I direct a plan, then break it into phases, and each phase into sections with tasks and sub-tasks. The plan outlines all phases, but only write tasks one phase at a time, since things change. That's how I've been working with for the past few months to a year. It has been amazingly consistently high quality. just-get-it-done is for the rough sketch or proof of concepts (I do those too and a lot of them) but never for a quality product.
