The more I use Terraform the more I don't like it. Can I just get the option to track state with Ansible?

Say more. I've been using it this year "at scale" and it sucks in the way that everything sucks when the whole company starts using it for everything. I haven't used Ansible in over a decade, but am curious what you like about it better.
profilefollowjack of all trades linux sysadminreplied toprofilefollowNew here:
Ansible just melds with my way of thinking better. I have a really hard time wrapping my head around nested loops in HCL and the overall "ugliness" of the language. Plus, I kind of like being in control of the order things are created.

I have developed a beautiful free app that lays out Instagram feed photos as a perfect masonry grid every time, no matter which photos you provide it. Very cool! At least the landing page is amazing! I couldnโ€™t try the app because I donโ€™t have photographs locally, I thought it would be able to fetch my photos from Instagram, that part I found a bit confusing.

The best Mcp server I have as Claude Connector is Emacs running on my Homeserver. It has one tool - eval-elisp. Using it Claude can do almost anything. To load a skill I literally type - โ€œload (โ—Šdoc 'slack) and browse channel X for todayโ€. The idea is my text stays English but repeating concepts are real reusable elisp functions that stay fully deterministic. (โ—Šdoc 'agent) and Claude knows how to talk to open code and pi agents.

It went really well, thanks for asking! I met some folks I could definitely get along with long term and had some overlapping interests apart from films. We watched T**** Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, that was a trip. (there's apparently a content filter)
