hi #hinotesfollow

met someone at a book club I went to for the first time today and invited them over for an evening bowl, cool to talk tech to another techy especially one familiar with llms at not just a surface level

playtested my game at an event last night. so much fun to see people curiously prod at mysteries i constructed, and stubbornly battle its challenges. oh no i might actually have to finish this one

ive been rocking my thinkpad 460s since 2018 or so, but ive just recently yolo purchased a chunky t420 for 80€. I gotta say this is the best laptop ive ever used, keyboard/io is unmatched and it still runs super snappy on omarchy right now, even with only 4 gigs of ram :D AND this thing has a cd drive!

'wade in the water.' isn't this the challenge of being 'ahead'? so many of us are waist deep in the same sea, it's hard to see what's in front of us vs. what's behind us. then we see the yacht boys sail by with their new masters, splashing us in their wake. then we grumble amongs

What’s the difference between a script-kiddy and a real #developernotesfollow? Abstraction. You can program your whole life without learning how to meaningfully abstract problems into simpler pieces that TRULY make the problem easier to understand. I’m not talking about design patterns or #OOPnotesfollow vs #FPnotesfollow. These tools can help. I want fewer layers of abstraction and less complexity, and this is a learning experience to that end.

First #coffeenotesfollow of the day <3

I need to re wire my brain a bit. Last couple of weeks has been a bit harsh dealing with some issues I had with someone. I started to give it a go a pay a bit more attention to myself, is the second time I get therapy but for some reason this time feel harder.

I finished Andor last night. It was a pretty solid show, even if Star Wars isn't something you're deeply in to.

new semester euphoria is real. its like the only time i ever leave the house in the mornings. stay tuned to find out if itll last more than a couple lectures

ran 5km daily for 7 weeks now

For #foodnotesfollow, the tension between #timenotesfollow & #moneynotesfollow to eat healthy is an interesting problem. If you don't have time, it is difficult: If you don't have money, it's difficult:
