A 24 characters handle will break the UI on mobile. I suggest it to be 10 characters maximum.
2-24, letters, numbers or underscores, now there are helpers to point that out.

I changed it to 16 briefly then reverted that, since we have accounts with longer already. It should be fine with 24.
