I’m leaning to something like “following” and “to you” as they are the most unambiguous. “following” is already the name of the tab in your profile, and it represents exactly the sources of the content of the tab in the home screen. “to you” is already used in the meta prose “X replied to you” so again it falls natural. I agree with @kuprofileenter to followHai I am ku that “inbox” sounds like a chore.
