Many leaders acquire authority through ambition and manipulation. I’m not referring to them. A bit of insomnia this early Tuesday morning. I call it “the witching hour”, whatever can go wrong, will go wrong and the brain is defenceless. Reality, of course, is more nuanced, but brain doesn’t care. :)

So we can't use em dash anymore — lest we anger the mob. Truth be told though, English teachers have always discouraged em dash overuse because it is a subtle art and very easy to get wrong.
