We tought for years that there was a biological ceiling for sprinters or marathon runners for example, with research backing it, but every one record was shattered. I tend to be cautious of biological explanations.

In the world of , I have become more aware of the fact that it is often hard to put in words why something is good, great or amazing - or just looks good, but is average.
