I got an email from battle.net to confirm my age. Apparently some content may be restricted to minors in the region my account is from. You would think that the account having been created 19 years ago, and with some CD-keys of games from the late 1990's having been added to it would be enough proof, but oh well.
I am trying to learn emacs for the fun of it. The tutorial is brilliant and clear. Any tips that would help me learning more things. I know all I need is practice but if you may have used it, you may know a thing or two.

And yet, homes remain chronically under-managed. Cars have service records. Portfolios have dashboards. Homes have a junk drawer full of manuals and receipts. This leads to problems that degrade a home's value over time. Deferred maintenance snowballs from small issues to emergency repairs costing thousands. When I read about #autismnotesfollow in reputable #booksnotesfollow, I relate to almost everything that is described (keeping in mind that no two autistic people are alike). However, I always read the sections on #eyeContactnotesfollow with bewilderment. I don't identify either with the obsessive need to make eye contact, which UK and US books often mention as #neurotypicalnotesfollow behavior, or with the difficulties in making it. #Neurodiversitynotesfollow #Psychologynotesfollow #Autismnotesfollow
I suspectโ€”and this is the interesting partโ€”that there are significant cultural differences in this regard. In fact, the reputable Spanish books on autism that I have read don't address this topic (if I remember correctly).

Definitely people here do intense full locked eye contact, which I canโ€™t do, unless Iโ€™m attracted to the person as I said. Even then Iโ€™ll move a bit around the face because itโ€™s uncomfortable even then. But others just lock in completely I see them doing it.
OK. I guess that Greece may be similar to Spain. I feel comfortable hanging with greeks, in Greece and elswhere. Then, if I don't look at the eyes, but others do. I guess that I'm very good at masking that I don't look at the eyes. I never got a comment related to eye contact.
I donโ€™t think itโ€™s something people notice immediately and consciously think this is wrong to make a comment, they will probably just not feel the same connection or feel something is off about you in general or think that youโ€™re busy thinking other things. Itโ€™s not the only case to not make eye contact with someone, you might just not like them. Thatโ€™s probably what they will sense.
It didnโ€™t work out, we found competition offering the same service for free so the #ideanotesfollow fell apart. Need to find something else to do as a side project to textlog. ๐Ÿ˜• Thinking of a code editor thatโ€™s focused on the new agentic workflows, so you have it on the side regardless of your agent tools and it monitors the git diff and offers a nice panorama view. Iโ€™ve done an extension for VSCode similar to this idea.

I was curious of testing the Omarchy distribution this week just because I had some free time to work on it. I saw a lot of hate around it and kind of get the point but so far at least for what I have been doing it wasn't terrible (at least at the point of writing this) although I am not trying to convince anybody to use it. But it just remember me how much do I hate MS.
I think a lot of the pull around Omarchy is you get a riced desktop out of the box? Personally, I wouldn't really consider it for a number of reasons but I do appreciate a nice looking desktop. If you want something similarly pretty but a bit more normal and less monolithic (who needs a whole 'distro' for what Omarchy provides anyway?) approach then I'd suggest Niri + Noctalia.
