AoC and Project Euler are good because they just require an answer but thereโ€™s also loads of simple puzzles online that rely on being able to submit the code in common languages. I started to become fond of it after seeing it so often by the LLM, I even installed an extension on Chrome, SmartType, that converts glyphs like minus to em dash wherever itโ€™s needed among others, pretty neat.

I never used the online version, but the last time I used the offline version it already was a horrible experience. This was about 5 years ago, before I had moved entirely to Linux. It was so bad I downloaded a pirated version of some old MS Office 2007 Blue Edition to have something acceptable. I unironically prefer Libre Office.

I direct a plan, then break it into phases, and each phase into sections with tasks and sub-tasks. The plan outlines all phases, but only write tasks one phase at a time, since things change. #opinionnotesfollow That's how I've been working with #ainotesfollow for the past few months to a year. It has been amazingly consistently high quality. just-get-it-done is for the rough sketch or proof of concepts (I do those too and a lot of them) but never for a quality product. #opinionnotesfollow
