For 30 years, productivity skyrocketed through automation, yet longevity plummeted as a direct result of sleep deprivation. While these gains accrue to the owner class, sleep remains an undervalued element of the worker's health. We are trading life expectancy for chump change.
i was under the impression life expectancy has been steadily increasing over the last century, where are these quotes from? and which date?

That said, in Canada working class started loosing life expentancy for the 3rd year in a row, and WHO figures show a decline in improvement of life expentancy globally. But hey, I am just a no-one on the internet spewing bs :)
a decline in the improvement of life expectancy isn't the same as a decline in life expectancy, it's just that it's improving less fast now, we might be reaching biological limits however?

I was using this combination and zellij is buggy when comes to source file or root folder changes and resource consuming. Then I moved to tmux + wezterm

zellij too. I am sure it works great for many. I am too entrenched into tmux, will always find something to complain if I try to switch. And I have tried many times.Having a little difficulty seeing how long this service will exist. People are terrible. Sooner or later it will be found and ruined.

Any shows recommendations? I have no idea what is worth watching (since I rarely watch shows) so now Iโm watching The Mentalist from 2008. They had flip phones then.

So technically I wouldn't call the main terminal a data center, but more of an interrogation room for MI agents. I'm currently stuck installing Windows 11, and I'd like to download some books and scripts just to be safe before I start building the interrogation room. It's really a sandbox here, with nowhere to go except if I send it directly to a web application.

Whatโs the difference between a script-kiddy and a real ? Abstraction. You can program your whole life without learning how to meaningfully abstract problems into simpler pieces that TRULY make the problem easier to understand.
Iโm not talking about design patterns or vs . These tools can help. But to really simplify something for others, you need an intellectual empathy that many simply never figure out.
