Well, I'm currently installing Windows 11, and I'm getting to the interesting part, where the TPM 2.0 processor chip can be replaced in software with a program called Rufus, and where the Windows 1125H ISO needs to be loaded onto a pendrive of at least 8 GB.

I never used the online version, but the last time I used the offline version it already was a horrible experience. This was about 5 years ago, before I had moved entirely to Linux. It was so bad I downloaded a pirated version of some old MS Office 2007 Blue Edition to have something acceptable. I unironically prefer Libre Office.

Choice is definitely a problem. We notice it when we go to our cabin, about a 2 1/2 hour drive away. The grocery store there targets #foodnotesfollow for its local community.
