That’s awesome. There’s an owl (don’t know type) that hangs out at the playground in our neighborhood at night. First time I saw it, I stood frozen in place, amazed that it would be out in the open. Then as I walked away, I kept looking behind me, realizing I’d never hear it coming if it decided to engage 🦉

Yeah. It's a very large project with lots of dependencies. <The system prompt is long and wastes tokens. If you have ideas for tools (or automations like the agents.sh "loop" I wrote) it's easier if you understand the harness.

I direct a plan, then break it into phases, and each phase into sections with tasks and sub-tasks. The plan outlines all phases, but only write tasks one phase at a time, since things change. That's how I've been working with for the past few months to a year. It has been amazingly consistently high quality. just-get-it-done is for the rough sketch or proof of concepts (I do those too and a lot of them) but never for a quality product.
