Not insane at all. People should build their own instead of using other people's agents. It's easy to do and the results can be great for you. I've built several; one that is effectively "stuck" in Kakoune: youtube.com/โ€ฆ/playlistYouTubeLLMs stuck in Kakoune
The job market feels like it's been run over by a truck. What's the play here? Anything automated/streamlined (job platforms, LinkedIn, etc.) feels like a dead end. Messaging people, networking and so on seems like the only reasonable way, and that's a hustle all on its own.

It was the only way to reproduce the authentic horrible experience of the offline version.

๐Ÿคฃ Did not remember the offline version being this bad, but maybe it went downhill in the past 5 years I have not used it.

I never used the online version, but the last time I used the offline version it already was a horrible experience. This was about 5 years ago, before I had moved entirely to Linux. It was so bad I downloaded a pirated version of some old MS Office 2007 Blue Edition to have something acceptable. I unironically prefer Libre Office.

I understand your confusion, but that's the formatting - quoted parent is below the child post - then that post's replies follow in the discussion view. The top post is always quoting its parent below it, the different bg makes it distinct. Just need to get used to it, same on X.

It is troubling watching the news today from the elections in Germany. Yes, it is democratic and absolutely fair elections and the people of Germany make their own choice in their situation. Deterministic code generation is fine by me. Quite happy to use templating systems for example. Problems occur when randomness is introduced. If you can avoid that it should be less "icky".
