I just took a look on it yesterday and seems like the stimulant effect is there, so seems like at this point there are mix results on if it actually helps with anxiety and sleep issues. For me personally seems to work just fine but Im not 100% sure how much does it actually does something for me or is just a placebo effect. My thinking is that if I do it from time to time, I can let my body get use to the feeling of a sleep schedule without create dependency on external melatonin dosis or CBD.

If programming is the typing of characters into a text file, it is way worse. I think the key to learning is still doing it rather than reading it. If the question is about system design I think you can, but only if you curious and it becomes a problem that needs to be solved. Asking "What do you think" is one of my favorite questions to learn at the moment.

I do think there will be what were hard earned lessons about system design, code smell, designing data structures for the hardware you're running on, concurrency golden paths, etc., which are now with agentic dev even harder to learn and internalize. But also if you have an excellent teacher in the form of an actually-good model pair programming with you always, maybe not? Maybe a pair programming AI programming tutor would be a good Zed/vscode extension. Or product.

Currently it provides a single read-only tool that lets agents fetch all the data in Main about the user's home (details about the home itself, systems/appliances, documents, any repairs they've logged). Arch Linux with KDE. I like that Arch comes with nothing and is pretty vanilla. No bloat, and customisable. No major upgrades where 5 things break at once. Install once, and it's fine until the device has to be replaced. Only then usually do a fresh install. It's up to date, still pretty boring, and you learn a bit in the process.

i distro hoped a lot. Finally i found my cozy home with debian with kde. 3 years still running without a problem all the software i use works perfectly and the games run smoothly.

Arch with i3, have been using it for like 7-8 years now. Started out at elementary os, really good and everything, but the thing where I dont need to install *-dev libs separately saves me a lot of time during compilations and building. Also, AUR is a life saver at times.
