One idea that I've been thinking about is an or where it is a app so you get a new file everyday right except the app keeps track of all the files for you. the idea is that anytime you type anything it it basically makes a commit and use so anytime you type something it commits automatically after a quick pause after you stop typing.
That sounds ! Could also create summary titles with for the filenames in addition to their date so you can find what you were writing about easily. Also full text search.
Whatโs the difference between a script-kiddy and a real ? Abstraction. You can program your whole life without learning how to meaningfully abstract problems into simpler pieces that TRULY make the problem easier to understand.
Iโm not talking about design patterns or vs . These tools can help. But to really simplify something for others, you need an intellectual empathy that many simply never figure out.
Been working on an old mastodon hosting project I tried to start a few years ago, with a focus on privacy. This is the first big project I've tried to come back to with the help of coding agents and find it invigorating, and gives me the confidence to actually finish the project. A credit union wants to get their own data out of a vendor's online system. Vendor wants $160,000. I wrote a script with to download the data just as though a user would. It's going to run for about 6 weeks to download around 250k records and 70GB of images.
you could split to buckets like alphanumerically and parallelize it if you don't want to wait that long. Probably need to launch a few instances but still cheaper lol.
