I sometimes use V scriptGitHubv/doc/docs.md at master · vlang/vSimple, fast, safe, compiled language for developing maintainable software. Compiles itself in <1s with zero library dependencies. It does not, but fakes it well, since it is fast and compares built binary with script mtime to automatically recompile. The downside of using it is that you end up with a binary, but the upside is that it is blazing fast.

Personally, I think I found good framework/vocabulary to help with meditation in some discussion by Jiddu Krishnamurti. Here is one in which he works it out with kids www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Yv0BKtgqpQYouTubeJ. Krishnamurti - Rishi Valley 1978 - School Discussion (Students) 3 - Can you... There was a short, to the point lecture where he basically walks you through observing thought, which profoundly changed how I approach meditation but I can't find it for the life of me!

I'm in a similar spot. I haven't maintained a regular practice since I had kids. I can observe the absence of the benefits I got from my practice, too. I'm more reactive and less focused in general. I think that my practice gave me the tools I need to stay present with my daughters, though, so I'm grateful for having retained that.

I've tested MD and honestly I don't like it. Bold/italics add unnecessary noise/clutter and the font is already monospace, suited for code, so inline code & code fences are not needed. If 3rd party clients want to implement them it's fine but I'm sensitive to visual noise.

All the tools I vibecode. I use them almost every day. Spotlight on macOS broke one day and didn’t recover. Now I have my own personal version. I don’t trust any of the Password management software, so - personal version. Entertainment software sucks and ended up asking for too much money… Fetching videos from the internet was cumbersome - personal version. Architect/lead have a pre-refinement with product to clear 80% of the obvious questions. We share an agenda, devs can ask questions async. In the refinement product presents, we design a solution draft. 15 minutes/item. This doesn't work if product is incompetent and everything is AI-slopped.
