Now what should I do with this Windows 10, Windows 11, Ubuntu Linux 3 operating system on a hard drive partitioned in two? It would be better if I wait until Windows 10 deletes itself first. They didn't say that AI projects should be slowed down, I'm doing it in such a lousy way.

Recently hit 10+ years (cumulative) of being a software engineer. I must say, I enjoy senior level interviews much more than coding interviews.
sometimes my devices will make noises that seem to go off for no reason. it really stresses me out though, I can't help but always think something is doing it and if it's not me, then what?
what kind of noises? drives spinning up/fans ramping up?
random beeps and a sound that seems like the notification but it just isn't. I don't know maybe I'm crazy
