Been working on an old mastodon hosting project I tried to start a few years ago, with a focus on privacy. This is the first big project I've tried to come back to with the help of coding agents and find it invigorating, and gives me the confidence to actually finish the project. Might be a good outcome to this. Water remediation folks want to take out 30 sqft of drywall to ensure the space btwn floors is fully dry. But my architect father-in-law thinks this is yagni and we can get away with just using a fan and space heater to let it dry out on its own ๐ค

One idea that I've been thinking about is an or where it is a app so you get a new file everyday right except the app keeps track of all the files for you. the idea is that anytime you type anything it it basically makes a commit and use so anytime you type something it commits automatically after a quick pause after you stop typing.
