I have a toddler. I come home from work, cook, feed, clean, wash up. We read stories and play. I put him to bed. Then I put something on the television and my wife and I scroll on our phones until she goes to bed. I am not so careless with the little free time I have. I continue to scroll until about 1 am. A lot of the professional content I see feels like most Netflix series. They have all the elements - but the overall experience is still meh. Quality is still hard to achieve.

Last year I wasn't feeling too good. I turned forty, waited for surgery, and was hurt by my own colleagues. So I dealt with things. Maybe not so well, but to the best of my ability. One of the consequences was that I got a bit heavy. My body changed, and I didn't feel like myself. It was a problem for future me. So now I am here with this little belly of mine. We're not enemies, but I decided it's time to part ways. So I count calories. Maybe not so well, but to the best of my ability.
