In China, I am practically independent of the government; I don't participate in any activities based on my status, such as formal work or online shopping. Might be a good outcome to this. Water remediation folks want to take out 30 sqft of drywall to ensure the space btwn floors is fully dry. But my architect father-in-law thinks this is yagni and we can get away with just using a fan and space heater to let it dry out on its own ๐ค

I think the title change on the website was a good one: the humanities underground evokes almost as much hostility from people as the schizophrenia underground, you can choose which one you hate more
