TOML is a better format for configuration files IMO, if not for many reasons, primarily because TOML accepts comments. However, one annoying thing for TOML was the lack of schema, and the reliance on JSON Schema for that. Which I decided to tackle years ago when I started the TOML Schema project. In the past few months I leveraged code agents to take to the finish line and got something compelling: tomlschema.org

Exactly! The schema also enables tools to have rich editors to config files without having to know about the config file format upfront. There is an editor for TOML Schema as an example, on the website.

In my case it was very useful. Since Covid-19, and fatherhood in general (I'm 45), I went thorough a series of burnouts, which were getting worse. The diagnosis gave me an answer to the question, "why can't I handle the pressure"? Being autistic, I tend to need good theoretical frameworks to make sense of my life. Thinks that I don't control or understand, are a source of anxiety. As a consequence, the diagnosis gave me the framework and helped me accept that my career path had do change.

When I don't feel well I tell myself, this is my autism, I need time alone, I need to recover, and thus I don't get the extra anxiety. Also, now I don't try to fight my limitations. "we need the majority to join" - this is a very interesting point; actually we only need 3,5% ๐Ÿ‘Œ Erica Chenoweth from Harvard found this from their research with Maria J. Stephan, and wrote the book "Why Civil Resistance Works". They also found that nonviolent resistance is more often successful than the violent ones. Very interesting stuff.

Yes, that's for enterprises, that want SSO, governance, budgeting, data protection, etc etc. For C-level they are interested in "how much do we pay for AI", and with personal subscriptions you can't answer => can't manage it. This 530 EUR is the price for that learning.

Getting the job done was more about producing output - be it some prose, images, videos, software, whatever. They do generate output. It is not to say that the output is meaningful or meaningless.
